Goliath is our resident ‘BFG’ (Big Friendly Giant) looking for a large breed loving retirement home! He is an absolutely stunning boy who is definitely one of a kind and turns heads everywhere he goes – which is great as he loves attention! Goliath is a gentle old boy of around 8-10 yrs old and is looking for a quiet child free home where he can take things easy. He is very steady, calm and low energy. He enjoys a stroll, but just 15/20 minutes a couple of times a day is all he needs. He walks beautifully on the lead. Goliath can be grumpy with other dogs, he has a grumble at some dogs around the kennels, and also at the horses, but he’s got used to them for the most part now! We think in an experienced home he could integrate slowly with a calm larger breed female dog, but would be happy as the only dog. Goliath needs a large breed experienced home with plenty of space and a good sized secure garden – he loves to be outside.
