Ludo is an absolutely lovely approx 5 yr old DDB looking for a caring, knowledgeable home. He arrived into our care as a stray and was totally emaciated. Despite his bad start, he has a wonderful temperament and is very friendly, laid back and well behaved. Ludo is gaining weight well, and he is getting stronger. He needs a home who can confidently handle large breeds and be ‘in charge’ of him when needed (if he is pulling on the lead for example). Ludo is very clean in the house – he doesn’t even like to go in the garden bless him. Ludo struggles with being left alone for any length of time – he cries and gets stressed, so he must find a home where he will get a lot of company (overnight included). So far he has been friendly when meeting other dogs, and could potentially live with a laid back female dog with proper introductions and careful management integrating him into a home with another dog. He is not cat tested. He can be rehomed with children aged 11+. We are looking for a home with plenty of space for Ludo with a secure garden. He also must be fed on a high quality diet (he currently eats Butternut Box) as he has a sensitive stomach and can suffer with allergies. Ludo is a very special boy who so deserves to find his happy ever after.
