Little Heidi is a very sweet, but VERY VERY shy girl who is originally a rescue dog from Romania. She is only 10 months old and is small-medium in size (she weighs around 12kg). She looks like a small Labrador cross Collie/GSD, she is very very pretty! Poor Heidi is absolutely petrified at the moment, she clearly hasn’t had much human contact in her life so far and will try to run away if humans approach her to fuss her. She has never growled or snapped, she just wants to hide away. Heidi will need a VERY patient, quiet home who can give her all the time and understanding she needs. She will also need a VERY secure garden. Heidi would benefit from living with other friendly, calmer dogs who can give her confidence and show her that the world isn’t scary. She will also need a home with children over 14 as young children would be too noisy for her. She will need a lot of patience and time/training, but the rewards will be huge. Heidi needs a very special home, but we are sure there’s someone out there for her who can help her become the young, happy dog she should be.
