Little Rex is 13 years old – his owner passed away, and he now needs to find his dream retirement home. Rex is such a friendly little chap who loves people, can live with other dogs (female dogs much preferred) and even cats! He is a very sweet small terrier crossbreed – possibly border terrier x Yorkie? Rex walks beautifully on lead, but due to his age, is hard of hearing, so won’t reliably come back when off lead! He is an older boy, so doesn’t need huge amounts of exercise, but does like to get out for a good potter and sniff around! Rex needs an understanding home as he does have accidents in the house – often at night – we don’t know if this will be a longer standing issue, or will resolve once he’s fully settled, but we want any adopter to be prepared and understand that there will be little accidents to clean up. We really hope that this doesn’t affect his chances at finding a forever home – he’s the most lovely little chap who’s been through a lot recently and we would love to get him settled for 2023.
