Shadow is the most lovely big gentle Shepherd. He is an amazing 10 years young (according to his microchip), but is very good for his age – he is active and loves to get out for good walks. Shadow is a really friendly boy who isn’t too interested in strangers (more interested in sniffing all the interesting smells when he’s out than meeting people!), but once he’s formed a bond, he’s affectionate and will be very loyal. Shadow is very clean in his kennel, he knows his basic commands and will do anything for a tasty treat! He also travels very well. He has been fine with other dogs out and about – likes to have a good look at passing dogs, but no aggression has been seen – we feel he would be best living as the only dog, but could potentially be introduced to a similar sized female dog. He is such a lovely ‘old’ boy who so deserves to find a happy retirement home.
