Delilah is the most gorgeous medium sized Crossbreed (probably a Rottweiler mixed with a smaller breed/s) – she is approx 3 yrs old but still acts very puppy like. She is an excitable girl with lots of energy and zest for life! She can be bouncy and jumps up quite a lot, but this is just to have a cuddle, and she does her very best to listen and keep her excitement in check! Delilah appears to have led quite a sheltered life and won’t have experienced much of ‘life’, so sometimes things can be a little bit daunting for her, but it’s not taken her long at all to get used to her routine with us – she’s a clever girl who is so eager to learn and please her person. She can be nervous of new people initially, and can sometimes have a bark at strangers (especially men), but it only takes her a minute to come round. When she knows someone, you couldn’t find a more affectionate and cuddly dog than Delilah – she absolutely adores her people. She is dog friendly, but can be very playful, so would be too ‘much’ for older/less confident dogs. She will need a reasonably active home who have the time for her and would benefit from some more training, but the basics are all in place. She’s a very special girl who deserves a very special home.
