Tiny Kizzy is our very special, adorable older Yorkshire Terrier who is looking for love. She arrived into our care as a stray so we don’t know her age, but estimate her to be around 12 yrs old. Kizzy is very sweet, with lots of personality – a typical Yorkie! She gets very worked up if she sees dogs/people etc out and about and will do lots of barking, but in the home, she actually enjoys the company of other smaller, friendly calm dogs. NOT cats though – they’re for chasing!! Kizzy has a Grade 4 collapsed trachea, and heart murmur, so it is very important she is kept calm with minimal barking and stress – this means she needs direct access to a fully secure private garden where she cannot see out, and she also can’t/doesn’t want to be walked. Kizzy bonds really closely with her people, and doesn’t like to be left alone at all – she will howl and cry if she’s left alone, so she must find a home where she gets lots of company. She is brilliant in the house, is fully housetrained… and she loves to curl up next to you on the sofa! She is such a special little girl who so deserves to find her dream retirement home.
