4 month old Mistletoe is such a unique and absolutely beautiful girl! She looks like a Collie with her fluffy ears, but she’s actually a Staffy/American Bulldog type Crossbreed! A fluffy bully is a first for us! Her previous owner informed us that the vet believes the litters fluffy fur must be a throwback from a recessive Collie gene from her grandparents. Mistletoe (Missy for short) is doing great in foster care and is thriving from the company of other dogs, so we are looking for a home for her WITH at least 1 other dog (a neutered male who is young enough to enjoy some playtime would be perfect). She does not like to be left on her own, but with the company of a relaxed, confident resident dog, she will curl up and relax when she’s left (for short periods for now, as she is just a baby). She is bright as a button and is loving her training, and she must find a home who want to continue this with her. We are looking for a family who have some previous rescue experience who can help raise her into a well rounded, confident and social girl, as she does carry some nerves of the big wide world, and can be submissive. She is a very special girl with so much potential who will blossom in the right hands.
