Sweet, gentle Mouse is an adorable rough coated Lurcher who is 7 years old. She arrived with us as a stray – how anyone could abandon this sweet girl is beyond us. Mouse has been a dream to look after since she arrived with us – she is spotless in her kennel, so appears to be housetrained, she settles well and absolutely loves nothing more than settling down in a big comfy bed for a snooze! She walks beautifully on lead and has been absolutely fine around other dogs. She isn’t assessed around small dogs/cats, so will need a small animal free home. Mouse can be very shy when she first meets men and is too scared to be approached by men (she shows zero aggression, but will actively try to get away if she’s scared) – she prefers to be given a little bit of space and time to figure out that she is ‘safe’ in her own time, but she does come round. She is much more confident with women initially – she likes to nudge you for a fuss and does giddy little ‘zoomies’ when she first comes out of her kennel – she’s just so sweet. Mouse would love to find a quiet home with a secure garden to potter and sunbathe in. She won’t need a mega active home – her main concern in life is having a comfy bed!!
