Little Ruby is a lovely dinky Patterdale who has just turned 12, but don’t be fooled, she is in great health, loves her walks and you’d think she was half her age! Ruby is a lovely little dog who is really well behaved and an absolute sweetheart. She can be a little shy with people she doesn’t know, especially men, and it takes her a little time to come out of her shell, but when she knows you she is very loving and cuddly. Ruby walks beautifully on the lead, but typical of her breed, she can’t be let off the lead. She is no bother around other dogs when she’s out and about but prefers calmer non-confrontational dogs and would probably be happiest as the only dog. Definitely no cats for Ruby either! She has a very cute habit of getting under her blankets when she’s ready for a snooze! This little lady loves her home comforts and really deserves to be in a loving home this winter, not kennels.
