Big softie Arnie is ready to find his forever home. He is such a special boy with the most wonderful temperament. Arnie is approx 18 months old and is large Bull breed mix – he has been assessed by a DLO and confirmed as NOT an XL Bully – we have official paperwork stating this, so there will be no issues for any new owner regarding his breed type. Arnie greets everyone with full body wags – he wags his tail so much that the tip of it has no fur on it bless him! He is very polite and does not jump up. Arnie walks beautifully on lead with no pulling at all, and he travels very well in the car. He is dog friendly, but gets ‘distracted’ by other dogs and can stare at/be stubborn when he is out and sees another dog – he just needs a confident owner to give him guidance to ‘walk on’ and not focus on dogs. He is not the most active of boys, and is more than happy with a 40 minute lead walk and then will happily chill out and snooze the day away! A marathon runner he is not! He can live with children aged 10+. He will need a home where he isn’t left for long hours as he suffers with some seperation anxiety. Arnie will also need patience as he settles as he isn’t fully housetrained yet (he will quickly pick this up with the right guidance). His dream home would be lots of company, lots of comfy beds to snooze on, some nice relaxed walks and a secure garden to sunbathe in when the summer arrives! Bull breed/large breed experience would be ideal. Arnie is an amazing boy who deserves the very best home.
