Astrid needs to find a Husky loving home! She is a real stunner, and such a lovely girl. She is 5 yrs old and very fit and well. She can be shy at first, especially with men, and may shy away, but once she’s bonded with someone, she loves a good cuddle and belly rub! As she bonds strongly with her people, she then gets very distressed at being left alone – this will have been made so much worse for her due to her past – she was found as a stray still producing milk – so she was dumped after having a litter – losing her home and pups has understandably made her insecure at being left alone. Astrid is very chilled out, enjoys getting out for good walks, and walks beautifully on lead and makes a great pub dog! She will flop down for a snooze anywhere! She has been good with all dogs she has met out and can be rehomed with a male dog of similar breed/size, but no cats/small furries (typical Husky prey drive!). She will need exercising on lead only and will need a fully secure garden! Astrid can be rehomed with children aged 14+. She is fully housetrained and travels perfectly in the car – what a star! Astrid really is so special and deserves to find a home who can show her she will never be abandoned again.
