Beautiful Betsy is our new resident big softie – she is an American Bulldog/Mastiff who is 4 years old and would love to be in a large breed loving home lapping up all the attention in time for Christmas. Betsy is a very friendly girl and has been an absolute pleasure to look after in kennels. She is totally clean in her kennel (indicating that she will be housetrained), she does not chew, she settles well when she’s left. She walks very well on lead and generally just plods along, but would need someone who is confident with larger breeds purely because of her size. She doesn’t show any signs of reactivity towards other dogs, but we do think she will benefit from being the only dog in the home at this stage. Betsy has 2 main loves in life – FOOD! and SQUEAKY TOYS!! She’s very easily pleased!! She really is the most lovely girl who’s very ready to find her forever home.
