Droopy is a gorgeous 5-6 yr old Shih Tzu who came to us as an emergency due to his owner passing away. He was understandably very confused when he arrived and was a little grumpy, but has gone straight into a foster home where he’s settled down really well and is a much happier little boy. He was matted and in need of a bath when he arrived (as you can see in his photo!), but he’s now looking and smelling lovely! Droopy is good with other dogs and would like to live with another dog. He may be able to live with cats. He has never been around children before, and as he can be a little nervous and growly, we are looking for a child free home for him. He walks nicely on the lead, but doesn’t understand being off the lead yet, so will need on lead walks only, and direct access to a secure garden. He is a very quiet little boy who will be fine to be left for a few hours in his new home. Droopy would love to find a quieter home who know his breed.
