Little Harry is an 11 year old Jack Russell cross who is looking for an understanding, peaceful retirement home. A single person with previous rescue Terrier experience would be ideal for Harry, or a quiet couple. Harry is a very sensitive little soul who needs time to trust, and needs a gentle hand with someone who won’t be too overbearing with him – he loves a fuss on his terms, but doesn’t want any heavy handling and needs a ‘hands off’ approach and lifestyle. He will make a great companion and has a really quirky personality, but is a more independent little chap who is not a cuddly lapdog. Harry settles well in a crate, as this is a safe space for him, and he can happily be left alone for a few hours. He isn’t the happiest when travelling, and he wouldn’t want a lifestyle where he would be doing lots of car journeys, but he can easily manage for shorter trips where needed. He is housetrained. Harry needs a quiet child free home with a private, secure garden. He is a very special little man who just needs the right environment to relax in.
