Lovely old Patrick is searching for his perfect retirement home. He is approx 10 yrs old, possibly a little older and is a small – medium sized Patterdale (possibly cross Staffy). Patrick was very lost and confused when he arrived with us, but is much happier now he is in the care of a foster home. He is a quiet little soul who loves curling up in his comfy bed for a snooze. Patrick is housetrained and can be left alone for a few hours with no issues. He is fine with other dogs, and can live with calmer friendly dogs in his new home, or as the only dog. He would suit a quiet home with children over 12. Patrick is still very underweight, but is getting some weight on now. He has arthritis (and needs daily pain relief for this), so cannot do too much in terms of walks, but he does love to get out for a potter and roll around in the grass! Due to his mobility, he will need direct access to a private, secure garden. The only thing that we have found that Patrick is not a fan of is car travel – he is an unsettled traveller, and will not want a lifestyle where he spends a lot of time in the car (he can cope for necessary journeys when needed). He’s a very special boy who really deserves a 5* retirement home who can make sure he is happy, comfortable and loved for his golden years.
