Adorable Staffy duo Rosie and Jim are now ready to find the forever home they have deserved for so long. They are 9 (Rosie) and 13 (Jim) years young and are very fit and well, despite coming into our care in such terrible and heartbreaking condition. They were emaciated through lack of food, with terrible skin infections due to living in such poor conditions. Thankfully now they have been having treatment, their fur is growing back, skin infections cleared up and they’re gaining weight nicely. They are absolutely lovely and rely on each other, especially Rosie as she is quite shy at first, and really needs the company of Jim. They love to curl up together for a snooze! Rosie can be grumpy with other dogs, so they will need a dog free home, but we do know they previously lived with cats, so would be suitable to live with a confident cat with careful introductions in the home. They will need plenty of company, but can be left for a few hours once settled (Rosie will struggle initially being left as she’s a sensitive soul who needs more settling than Jim). They really do deserve the absolute world from now on, having been through so much neglect, these are 2 very special dogs who deserve an extra special home who can show them what love really is.
