Shadow the lovely Lurcher is 4-5 yrs old and is a beautiful black and white Greyhound x Whippet type mix. He is very sweet and loves having a cuddle. Shadow gets on well with other dogs, and we think he would really enjoy living with a similar breed – he loves to run and play! He loves his walks, and walks beautifully on the lead (on a harness), and loves to lounge around after a good walk – typical Lurcher! Ideally we are looking for a home who know and understand Sighthounds for Shadow, he has a sensitive side so can be easily scared (loud noises etc), so we think he’d suit a reasonably quiet home with older or no children, although he is fine with children and would be fine with visiting younger children. He will chase small furries, so cannot be let off lead in unsecure areas and cannot live with cats! He will need a decent sized secure garden and would love to find a home who have plenty of time to give him lots of TLC!
