Little Smurf is now ready to find his dream retirement home. He is around 11 yrs old and came to us due to his owners ill health. Smurf is the sweetest little dog with a wonderful nature. He is friendly with everyone he meets and is totally not bothered by other dogs – he can live with other calm friendly dogs, or as the only dog. Smurf loves a fuss and will sit at your feet or on your knee if he’s allowed! He does need help with his housetraining especially as he settles in as he has accidents (mainly wees), so needs regular access to a secure garden and an understanding owner. Smurf travels really well in the car and is good on the lead – he only needs short walks. Smurf arrived into our care with a nasty skin condition, which is clearing up nicely and he would do best on grain free food in future as we think his skin condition was due to a food allergy. He has also had most of his teeth removed, but he’s healed really well and is back to full health now!
