Esme is a very cute scruffy Crossbreed who is only around 1-2 years old. She is small – medium in size. Esme is a real character and we know she has a fab playful cheeky puppy side to her when she relaxes, but is she very shy with new people and will need a patient home who will give her plenty of time and space to gain trust in her own time as she settles into a home. She is good with other dogs and would be best living with another more confident dog to show her the ropes. She is not suitable to live with children due to her timid nature, and needs a quiet home. She will also need direct access to a good sized very secure garden as she will not walk on the lead yet (she will get there with her lead walking but this will take some time and can’t be rushed as she gains trust with her new owners). Esme is good around the house – she is houstrained and can be left for a few hours without any issues. We are looking for a home who have previous experience with dogs for Esme who are willing to put in the training and work she needs to make sure she grows in confidence and matures into the happy playful young dog we know she will be. She has tons of potential, we just need to find the family to get her there!
