Nellie is the most beautiful blue and white Staffy who is around 6 years old and currently living in a foster home. She is such a loving girl and loves to be around people. Nellie is loves children of all ages, but does like to steal little ones toys lying around and take them off to her bed! We think she’d be best living with kids age 8 plus. Nellie is good around the house, she’s housetrained (but does have the odd accident if she’s left on her own) and is OK to be left for a few hours. She sleeps downstairs at night and doesn’t make a peep, but until she’s settled in a new home, she will have an accident if left all night. Poor Nellie seems to be really frightened of life outside of the house, she gets quite panicky on walks and doesn’t seem to know what to make of it all. We know she was found as a stray by a busy dual carriage way and we think this is why she is scared around traffic – at the moment she barks and pulls towards moving cars, but with training she is making big improvements already. We do think Nellie would be happiest living in a quiet area where there isn’t too much traffic for her to deal with. She seems very excited to meet other dogs, but may not have had much socialisation, so we think she would be happy living as the only pet at the moment. Nellie is an absolutely beautiful girl who really does deserve her perfect forever home where she’ll be spoilt, loved and shown the world is a nice place to be in.
