Flora’s puppies are 8 weeks old on 6/8 and are now ready to leave for forever homes. Flora is a Staffy crossbreed (around 20kg in weight), but as Flora came into our care as a pregnant stray with no history, we do not know who the father is – they will most likely be medium/large sized Staffy crosses judging on their current size (chunky monkeys!). Flora has a wonderful temperament – she is very sweet, friendly and good with other dogs. The pups still available for adoption are Beryl (the smallest black and white girl), Thelma (black and white and a gentle girl), Mavis (a smaller all black girl) and Romeo (gorgeous black and white boy with white chest). They have been born into a family home and have experienced the sights and sounds of family life including being around children, cats, another dog. We will be aiming to match up families with suitable puppies. We will not rehome a puppy to a home with same sex dogs, or where there are resident elderly dogs. They cannot be rehomed into homes where there are unneutered resident dogs. They can be rehomed with children, cats and other animals. The puppies will all need active homes with the time and commitment to raise them into well rounded, confident and happy dogs. Taking on a puppy is a big commitment – please only apply if all family members are totally committed and ‘on board’ with adopting. We are hoping to find families with previous bull breed experience for these boys and girls, but this is not essential as long as you have an understanding of the breed type and what they will need.
