Gorgeous little Jess has been an amazing mum to her 5 little pups, and now it’s time for her to have some ‘me time’ – she is ready for adoption and so deserves to find a 5* who will give her all the exercise and love that a young Terrier needs. She is a 2 and a half year old Lakeland Terrier cross, so is very active and would be a brilliant walking/hiking buddy. Jess is a sensitive little soul and can be shy with new people, especially men, so she needs a quiet child free home who won’t push her into busy situations. Jess is really well behaved – she is fully housetrained, can be left for a few hours with no issues, travels well and loves a good game of fetch!! She is a proper little terrier and has a very keen prey drive, so needs to be kept on lead when she’s out and about, and she’ll need a very secure terrier-proof garden!! Jess could be introduced to a stable, tolerant neutered male dog to share her home with, but she will like to play rough when she gets excited! Jess absolutely LOVES cuddles, and snuggling up on the sofa after a good walk – and she deserves all the cuddles she can get!
