Matilda is a little whirlwind!! She is a 20 month old Bulldog who has tons of energy and sass!! She is SUCH a little character who will always make you laugh! Matilda has come into our care as she was too much for her previous owner as she can be very boisterous. She has a habit of jumping up… a lot! She will run at jump at you and thinks this is a great game! This will be easily workable, but at the moment, she is too boisterous for young children and would easily knock little ones over. Matilda is housetrained and can be left for a few hours. She does have a bit of a sensitive side too, and might need a little time to get totally used to new people – she has been a little nervous of one of our male dog walkers, but it doesn’t take her long to come round. She loves her walks, and has tons of energy, but her new owner needs to be mindful of not over exercising her in warm weather due to her breed. We’ve found that she loves water and playing in a paddling pool!! We think Matilda would benefit from being the only pet in the home – she’s definitely a no to cats, but we would consider a home with a sturdy, well balanced neutered male dog with Bulldog experienced owners. Matilda is such a little star who will come on in leaps and bounds in the right home.
