Meet the ever so handsome Chester! Chester is a large Mastiff type Crossbreed who is approx 2-3 years old. He has been a pleasure to look after since arriving in our care from the stray pound and has been very friendly with everyone he has met. As he’s a big lad and can get a bit giddy when excited, he needs a home with no children under 16. He is generally quite laid back, and likes to settle down for a snooze after a good walk. Chester is very clean in his kennel, so we think he will be housetrained, but will have a few accidents when he settles in. He will need a decent sized garden to play in – he loves to run around and play fetch! He walks quite nicely on the lead, but can be strong when he wants to be, so will need a new owner who can handle him properly. Chester knows some basic commands and will sit and give both paws. He shows interest in other dogs on walks, but shows no aggression, however at the moment we are wanting to rehome him as an only pet. He really is a brilliant dog, and will make such a loyal companion for a large breed experienced home.
