Misty the adorable Akita is 2 years old. She arrived into our care through no fault of her own, and has really thrived since coming to us as a very frightened girl. She does not like kennels, and was very upset, so she moved into a foster home and is a much happier girl. Misty is in foster with another dog, and can be rehomed with another friendly dog. She is still shy of new people, but just needs to get to know people in her own time, which doesn’t take long at all. She is such a sweet girl. Misty is quite small for her breed, and is quite slight in her build. She walks well on lead, and really enjoys her walks, but she is not extremely high energy – she is happy with a couple of nice walks per day. Misty ideally needs a home who are used to her breed type, but this is not essential. She really is such a lovely girl who really deserves to find a 5* home who will give her the love and stability she needs.
