Badger the adorable grey faced Patterdale is looking for his perfect retirement home. He is around 10-11 yrs old but is very fit, well and full of life! He is such a sweet boy who is very affectionate and absolutely adores cuddling up – he even puts his paws around you for a hug! He is currently living in a foster home with other dogs who he is absolutely fine with, but he is quite indifferent to other dogs, so would be very happy living as the only dog or with another calmer dog. He definitely can’t live with cats though! Badger is looking for a home with a secure garden (5ft fencing) as he can push through hedges to go and explore! He absolutely loves his walks and is still fit and active, he walks well on lead but can’t be let off lead as his recall isn’t great (typical Terrier!!). He is great around the house – fine to be left for a few hours, is crate trained (if needed) but does still ‘scent mark’ with some wees in the house, so needs an understanding owner who is willing to clean up little accidents. Badger would love to find a quieter home where he’ll get plenty of company, some nice walks and cuddles on the sofa! He’s a lovely, very special little lad who deserves the very best.
