Charlie is a gorgeous wire haired 10 yr old little Terrier (JRT cross) who is very friendly and loving with people, and will make a loyal companion. He is looking for his dream retirement home with someone who knows and loves Terriers! Charlie doesn’t get along with other dogs, and barks at dogs out and about, but we do think with a terrier experienced owner this will calm down, he spent a long time in kennels before coming into our care where he became very wound up by the other dogs. He is great around the house and is fully housetrained and loves to play with his toys – squeaky toys are his favourite!! As Charlie loves people so much, he does get distressed when he’s left on his own, so needs a home where he won’t be left alone. He would love a home where he will get all the attention he deserves, plenty of walks in quiet areas and a secure (minimum 5ft fence!) garden for him to play in. He is such a lovely dog with loads of character who has had a really tough time of it lately, if you love Terriers, please consider giving little Charlie a home.
