Mr Tubs aka Marley is a fab little 7 year old Staffy who is sadly in our care due to his previous owner passing away. Marley has short little legs and isn’t a massively active chap, but does enjoy a good 30 minute walk – he struggles with any longer than this. He walks really well on the lead with no pulling. Much to his annoyance, Mr Tubs is on a diet with us as he was very overweight, but he is losing weight and will soon be a much healthier weight – this will need to be kept up in his new home though! He has been very friendly since arriving with us, and can get a bit too excited to meet new people and can mouthe hands to say ‘hi’! He has been fine with other dogs when out walking, but we would like to rehome him as the only pet as he does like all the attention! Marley is housetrained, does not chew anything at all and is generally a little star! He took a few days to settle in with us, and did howl/bark when left, but after a few days he really settled down. He will need to be given time to settle into a new home at his own pace as he has been through a lot. Staffy lovers – you will adore this little guy – he is a Staffy through and through and is such a great little character!
